Order Processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
While we will do our best to assist you in locating the package, EYZEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to logistics delays. If this happens, please allow up to 28 days for delivery before requesting a refund or cancellation.
Express Shipping
If express shipping is available and selected during checkout, the shipping fees for express delivery are non-refundable.
