Order Processing

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

After you place an order, our team verifies the details, performs quality checks, and prepares the item for shipment.

Most orders are submitted to our fulfillment warehouse within a few hours after purchase.

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on your country and the shipping carrier.


Order Tracking

Customers will receive email notifications during each stage of the shipping process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

While we will do our best to assist you in locating the package, EYZEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, your country’s customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or additional fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer if required by local regulations.


Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

We are not responsible for address changes made directly through the postal service or shipping carrier.


Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to logistics delays. If this happens, please allow up to 28 days for delivery before requesting a refund or cancellation.


Express Shipping

If express shipping is available and selected during checkout, the shipping fees for express delivery are non-refundable.
